This slicer really cuts my meal prep time in half. The blades are nice and sharp and its easy to switch from blade to blade for slicing and dicing. It works great on celery, onions, potatoes, and fruits like apples, pears, mangos, and all sorts of other items. I love making homemade french fries with this slicer. They all turn out the same size so they cook evenly in the fryer. I also love the large container that everything you slice or dice falls automatically into when you use this chopper. Its really handy. The chopper and all the blades are dishwasher safe so cleanup is really easy too. I've been using it daily now for a few weeks and the blades don't dull at all.
