This bamboo pillow is so soft and comfortable it makes me not want to get out of bed in the morning. I suffer from lots of neck pain as well as headaches and migraines. This pillow helps relieve the neck pain and since I started sleeping on this pillow I no longer wake up with a stiff neck or pounding head. The pillow is very well made the cover is a soft almost silky like and stays cool. The stitching on all the seams is very well made there's no loose or frayed stitching anywhere. I chose the king size pillow and it is just the right size not too short or too long.
