Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
I've been on a quest for awhile to eat healthier and make healthier choices with what I eat and what I use to prepare my foods. I've switched to olive oil for almost everything I cook now. This extra virgin olive oil from Spain comes in a nice generous size of 24 ounce bottle. The top has a nice pour valve on it so I can only pour out just the right amount i need not too much.
I use olive oil in pasta salads, in my homemade spaghetti sauce, frying my eggs in the morning, stir frys, and other food I used to cook in vegetable oil I now use olive oil for. I love the taste it gives my food way better than vegetable oil. Olive oil is also great to use in my homemade body creams, hair conditioner, and to moisturize extra dry skin patches on my body. Many people don't realize how much olive oil can really do and be used for.
