Recently I learned how great ceramic knives are. They don't dull out like regular knives so you don't have to sharpen all the time. Which is great for me because I am bad at using a knife sharpener. I love the peeler because I am left handed and it is difficult to find a good peeler that can be both right and left handed. The knife and peeler are both really lightweight and the design fit snugly in my small hands. The knife is really sharp. I can cut half thawed frozen chicken effortlessly.
