Came with instructions making it easy to assemble and it also comes with 4 large suction cups and 4 screws with anchors for your choice in hanging it. Its very versatile so it can be hung on the wall or attached to an appliance like a fridge or freezer. It stands 17 inches high and is 6 inches across so its quite large to accommodate a lot. I'm using mine in my utility room to hold plastic bags from the store that I reuse for cleaning and messes around the house. But you could use it for a variety of things like a scarf holder or whatever you choose. 

Below is a Before & After of where I kept plastic bags in my utility room. Gone is the big bulky tote bag that always got in the way. Now I have all my spare bags easy to access and no longer in the way.
