Chef Remi Digital Cooking Thermometer

I do a lot of cooking and one of the hardest things to do when you cook is know when something is cooked thoroughly cooked. Around the holidays I make homemade candy like fudge and chocolate and when you make that stuff you're temperature of the mixture has to be just right. And when you cook a large piece of meat like a turkey, beef or pork roast, or chicken you need to make sure its cooked all the way through. So to get it right I needed a good cooking thermometer. I had tried the older style thermometers that don't have a digital screen and they are not very accurate and very hard to read the tiny numbers. This thermometer is so much easier to read and way more accurate. It takes batteries that come included and are easy to replace when needed. It has an On/Off button, takes reading in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, has a hold button, and a Max/Min button. So it comes with a lot of handy functions and is very easy to use. The thermometer has a metal stake that easily stabs into a piece of meat and the long stake fits easily into a pan of liquid. The thermometer comes in a nice clear plastic case that can be used to store it in. I am very happy with this thermometer and it is used regularly in my kitchen. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
