This exercise ball is awesome. I love how comfortable it is to sit on. I use it as a desk chair and it is so comfortable, I can sit on it all day and have no back pain at the end of the day unlike I do when I sit in a chair. The ball is a pretty violet purple color and is really bouncy and flexible. It came with a hand air pump to fill the ball with air and it took about 20 minutes to fill it with me taking several breaks. I also like how this ball doesn't have that strong rubber smell like other balls do this one has no rubber stink or any smell at all. I do my sit ups and push ups with this ball along with sometimes I like to just bounce on it when I get bored. It really is a fun accessory to have when you exercise that can also be incorporated into your everyday life. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
