Meet The Ozeri Green Earth Wok
This wok pan is not only great for stir fry's and Chinese food but it makes a great chicken fryer as well. The pan is nice and deep and is nonstick so nothing sticks and it is really easy to clean. This pan is dishwasher safe so it's easy to clean I just put it in the dishwasher bottom rack. The handle has a hole so I can hang this pan from the pot rack in my kitchen. It also comes with a soft pan protector that lays inside the pan and protects the nonstick coating from scratches if you stack your pans in the cupboard. The wok pan is lightweight and easy to handle with its Bakelight handle that has a slight texture to it that makes it easy to grip and hold onto and doesn't heat up so you're hand doesn't get burned.
The pan is a full 12 inches in width and around 6 inches deep in the center so its a very roomy pan, perfect for cooking for a family. The nonstick coating is PTFE and PFOA free so there's no toxic chemicals getting into your food and its safe to use everyday. The pan has an attractive bright green metal on the outside of it and the bottom has a magnetized induction safe base that allows it to heat up faster and easier. I have a glass top induction heating electric stove that takes forever to heat up larger pans. And some of my cheaper pans I've noticed do have hot spots in them, I especially notice it when I cook grilled cheese. This pan however has no hot spots at all. I've used it several times already, once for frying some chicken, another time for making a stir fry, and again for some chicken fried rice. Each time I've used this pan I've noticed the food starts cooking a lot faster and when things like veggies or the rice in the chicken fried rice boiled evenly all around the pan. I add peanut butter to my chicken fried rice and even with the sticky stuff and rice nothing stuck to this pan. To clean it I just put it in the dishwasher after each use and it came out clean and looking like new.
