I wish they had these brushes when I was a kid because they make brushing my hair painless. When I was a kid I had really long, thick hair that took forever to get all the tangles out of. My mother would brush it and it was really painful. The brush would get stuck in the knots and tangles and she would pull and and rip my hair out. I dreaded when she brushed my hair and later in my teen years I cut my hair short to keep from enduring this. Now that I'm older I decided to grow my hair back out. It still gets knots and tangles but not as bad as when I was a child. The brush I had been using pulled out a lot of my hair and was painful at times. Since getting this brush set I can now brush through my hair a lot easier. No more stuck brush and pulled out hair. These brushes get through my super thick and long hair and easily brush from root to tip. My hair I've also noticed isn't getting near as many split ends which is great. And the bonus makeup bag is really nice too and large enough to hold all my makeup I use while on vacation. It has a strong zipper too that doesn't get caught up. And it has a nice hook on the bag to hang by. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
