This makes a great hair conditioner. I have really long, colored hair that gets dry and damaged very easily. To cut down on damage and split ends I like doing a coconut oil treatment on my hair once or twice a week. Its not real greasy so it doesn't leave my hair heavy or weighted down. I usually put it on my hair and then wrap my hair in a towel for 30 minutes to an hour. After I rinse and dry my hair its really shiny and super soft.
