I've been using my spiral slicer for a few weeks now and my family and I love it. We use it almost everyday on salads, stir frys, curly fries,and hashbrowns. I love taking a potato and slicing it into long spirals and then frying them up into homemade curly fries. They are so good and we love them. We also use it when we make dinner salads and make our cucumbers and carrots into spirals. Our salads look really cute and almost like they came from a fancy restaurant. The 3 bonus items you get with the slicer are great. The brush makes the slicer really easy to clean.  You don't have to risk cutting your fingers on the blades when you're trying to pull scraps of food out from between them. The recipe booklet has given us a lot of ideas on meals to make using our slicer. And the rubber jar opener is so handy when I need to open something.
