48 Blade Meat Tenderizer


I love using this meat tenderizer on pork chops, boneless chicken breasts, steaks, roasts, fish fillets, and pork loins. It makes the meat a lot more tender and juicy. And it creates small holes for marinades and seasoning spices to get into and enhance the flavors of my food even more. It also keeps the meat from shrinking when you cook it which is also nice.  The 48 blades are a lot easier to use and more efficient than the old meat mallet tenderizer I had been using. Also since there's 48 blades it tenderizes a lot more of the piece of meat with a lot less effort by you. It's very sharp so you do need to watch what you're doing or you can get cut and hurt pretty bad. This tenderizer is easy to clean too because it's also dishwasher safe.
