I love making homemade pizza with made from scratch dough but I hate when my dough bubbles up and blisters. Now that I have one of these unique looking gadgets my pizza crust turns out perfect every time. The dough docker is really easy to use too. You just roll it over your rolled our pizza dough. It puts tiny holes in the dough that allows it to cook evenly and eliminates the blister bubbles in your crust. After using it my crust will always raise a little more creating a nice chewy crust that's crispy on the bottom. Exactly how we like it! The dough docker is dishwasher safe so cleanup is really easy which I love because creating made form scratch pizza is time consuming. So the dough docker is a must have for me.
