I love cooking and using fresh ingredients especially freshly grated cheeses, zested citrus, grated spices, and lots of other fresh ingredients. This grater makes grating and zesting really easy. It comes with a nice container with a snap on lid that fits on the bottom of the grater allowing you to grate cheese and whatever else right into the container making no mess. I use it all the time to grate cheese for recipes and as a topping for meal I make. I can grate the cheese and put the lid on it and store it in the fridge until I'm ready to use it. The container and the grater is dishwasher safe too. The grater has a nice handle on top of it making it easy to hold onto while using. There's 4 sides of this grater one large blade for slicing, a fine grate perfect for zesting citrus or spices, and 2 for grating cheeses and carrots one fine and the other a thicker grate. The grater is rust and corrode resistant so it will last for years to come. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
