I don't wear a football helmet but I do wear a motorcycle helmet and it can get rather hot and sweaty on a hot day. All that sweat can cause breakouts and excess oil on my face that can leave me feeling gross. Anyone that's ever suffered from acne or the occasional breakout knows how hard it can be when your skin gets sticky and sweaty.
