Stay Healthy with Santa Medical Digital Blood Pressure Monitor

A few months ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and have to take medication to lower it. Both sides of my family also have high blood pressure so its something I'm not surprised about getting. But I want to lower it because its something that if not controlled could lead to heart attacks or strokes. I've never been a fan of the arm cuff blood pressure monitors. They are difficult to use and are uncomfortable to operate. So when I seen a monitor that attached to your wrist to take readings I knew I had to give it a try. The monitor operates on 2 AAA batteries that come with it so its ready to use right out of the box. It also comes with a handy instruction booklet that tells you everything you need to know to operate the monitor and some handy tips. There's also a handy case to store the monitor in when you're not using it.

Some of the features I like about this monitor is it can store up to 60 blood pressure readings so you can keep track of your pressure for up to a month if you take a reading twice a day. The cuff is soft and fits comfortably on your wrist so its not scratchy or uncomfortable. The battery level indicator also lets me know when its time to change batteries. And the 2 button operation makes this monitor easy to use. The large buttons and large digital display make it easy to operate and read for any age. I also like the date and time display it makes it easier to chart and keep track of my progress. I also like the auto off feature in case I forget to turn it off it won't run down the batteries. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
