Extra Large Bamboo Cutting Board from: Alton Bay Bamboo

This is a great cutting board. Its nice and thick and doesn't wobble back and forth on the kitchen counter. The wood is nice and smooth and not dried out. There's a nice groove all around the board that keeps liquid or objects from running off the board. I can easily chop veggies, fruit, and meat on this board. When it starts looking a little dry I just oil it with a little cutting board oil. The board is large enough for me to be able to chop 3 or 4 veggies at a time so I can chop everything I need for a meal all at once. It saves me time and makes it a lot easier to prepare meals like soup, stir frys, and salads. This board looks great in my kitchen and works great as well.
