I love how shiny and smooth my hair looks after I use this straightener. I have really long really thick hair that is also colored so I have to be careful what I use on my hair so it doesn't frizz or break off from heat damage. This hair straightener has fiber glass plates that don't fry my hair which is great because I straighten my hair several times a week. The hair straightener is very lightweight and has an extra long cord that also swivels 360 degrees so it doesn't tangle or knot up. The straightener also has a digital LCD display for the temperature and push button controls on the inside that are easy to get to. I like having the controls inside because then I don't have to worry about bumping the temperature up and down by accident when I'm using the straightener. The hair straightener heats up really fast and keeps a constant temperature while you are using it. You can set this straightener as low as 265 degrees or as hot as 450 degrees and everything in between. The straightener is well made and doesn't let off any odor when its heating up.
