Measupro Digital Infrared Thermometer
Here's a handy little device we could all use in our homes. Its a digital infrared thermometer and it can be used in either the kitchen for cooking, in the garage while working on your car, or electrical troubleshooting. HVAC technicians will also find this device helpful. It has a wide range, gives instant readings, and has superior accuracy. Some other great features of this thermometer is that it reads both Celsius and Fahrenheit, has a hold feature, and a power on/off switch. The backlight is a nice feature that is also capable of being turned on and off. There's a laser light that also can be turned on and off that gives laser precise temperature measurements.

This thermometer comes with batteries so its ready to use right out of the package. It is lightweight and is made with a matte finish so it grips to your hand while you're holding it. I've been using mine to test the temperature of meat when I'm cooking. It was a really big help Thanksgiving day when we needed to know if the turkey and stuffing was done all the way. We tested this thermometer against an old style meat thermometer and it was spot on accurate. I've also used it to test other things that I have cooked and it was accurate every time. Its so easy and fun to use, you just point and pull the trigger.  One thing I did try it on that was non cooking was I used it to test the temperature in my fish aquarium. It reads spot on accuracy on this test too.
This is a great thermometer and I absolutely love having it in my home. It takes the guesswork out of knowing when food like large cuts of meat are done. I can't wait to try this out on more stuff. If you would like to pick one up for yourself or as a gift, here is the Amazon link for you to order:
