This has to be my new favorite baking accessory when I make cupcakes, cookies, candy, and other delicious treats. The rack is large I was able to fit an entire batch of cupcakes on it to cool and dry after I decorated them. Its also rectangular shaped which is great for my long, narrow kitchen counters. The rack is dishwasher safe so it cleans up easily when needed. This cooling rack will really come in handy for me during the holidays when I bake cookies and homemade candies. Another thing I love about this cooling rack is its nice and strong and durable. It won't sag or bend when you use it. Its also nice and slim so it stores easily in my oven when I'm not using it.
