Ohio Renaissance Festival
Located on 30 acres in between Cincinnati & Dayton Ohio
This scary looking castle housed a walkthrough of medievil punishment and torture. We were sure glad we didn't live back in 1572 England after seeing how your were punished for commiting crimes. Scary stuff but also fun to look at and learned a few things. It almost felt like walking through a haunted house. It does cost $3 per person to enter but it was well worth it. No photography is allowed inside so you'll just have to check it out for yourself if you dare!!
We seen the Queen walking by several times during our visit and again when we watched a game of human combat chess. We also seen a wedding procession marching by of a couple getting ready to say their "I dos". If you're planning on getting married be sure to check out the wedding packages offered at the Ohio Renaissance festival!
Check out this giant slide that can even accomidate an adult! It looked like a ton of fun for both young and old.

We had an awesome view of the full armoured jousting on houseback. These guys really do joust! This was one of my favorites to watch.
Yes that's me in the know me always getting into trouble!!

These 2 performers were so entertaining to watch the Kamikaze Fireflies. Did you know they were featured on America's Got Talent? These performers did stunts like balancing on 5 chairs, the German wheel, hula hooping with hoops on fire, and other stunts. Their trick and humor had us laughing and on the edge of our seats. Be sure to catch their performance if you go.
While we were walking around admiring the crafts and other shops we stumbled upon this Game of Thrones inspired iron throne. So of course we had to take turns getting our photos sitting on the throne.
The food at the Ohio Renaissance festival is spectacular there's so much to choose and the portions are fit for a king. There's giant turkey legs, steak on a stake, soft pretzels, hot dogs, pickles, pizza, ice cream, chicken fingers, loaded fries, hamburgers, and my favorite the funnel cake. Some newbies I seen this year were deep fried twinkies, homemade fudge, and falafel. There's something for every appetite.

Dr. Jacobs Naturals Castile Soaps

I must admit I'm new to Dr. Jacobs and their products but since given the chance to try out some of their products, I am in love and will be using these from now on. When you first see and pick up a bottle or bar of Dr. Jabobs castile soap you notice right away the generous size of their products. The large bottle of face and body wash is 32 ounces and the smaller size is 16 ounces so quite generous.  The 16 ounce also comes with a pump so its easy to dispense in the shower. Their bars of soap are 5 ounces so again quite generous.

So I decided to give these a try in the shower. The liquid face and body washes are nice and thick not watery like a lot of other body washes. I tend to purchase thicker liquid face and body washes because they stay put on my washcloth or shower loofahs. And when the liquids thicker I use less and therefore save money since I'm buying less. The Dr. Jacobs foamed up and made a nice lather right away so I was able to soap up my entire body with just a small (quarter sized) amount of product. These soaps smell so good let me just say these have so much scent too them but the scents aren't strong and overpowering. The 2 scents I was sent to try were Almond Honey and Peppermint. The peppermint smells just like a fresh red and white peppermint disc you unwrap and eat after a meal. The almond honey smells just like almonds and honey, sweet with the fresh almond scent. Both liquids are made with natural oils so they don't smell artificial or feel that way on my skin. These face and body washes boast they are for all skin types. I myself have oily skin on my face that is acne prone and drier skin that is more sensitive on the reat of my body. Since I've started using these to shower with daily I haven't had any extra redness, irritation, or break outs.

I decided to save the bar soap to use at my sink when I wash my face and hands in the morning when I wake up. The bar I was sent to try is called Coco Loco Limeade. It smells very muchlike fresh coconuts with a nice hint of lime. I love how refreshing it is in the morning when I use it to wash my face. It makes my skin feel really soft and clean. It removes all the greasiness from slepping all night. My face feels clean and fresh for the day.
If you're not a fan of coconut lime, peppermint, or honey almond don't fret, Dr. Jacobs has an abundance of scents to meet the needs of everyone. From florals like lavender and rose, also eucalyptus, tea tree, shea butter, citrus, coconut, and even unscented.  So there's plenty of options. I love how the Dr. Jacobs soaps don't have a bunch of hard to pronounce ingrediants in them. They're also budget friendly priced too so you won't go broke buying these all natural products.

I received these products in exchange for my review, the thoughts and opinions expressed here are my honest opinions of these products.

TSA Approved Pet Carrier from: Pet Magasin

This carrier is great for transporting either a cat or a small dog. It zips together and when unzipped it lays completely flat for easy storage. The carrier has a nice leash clip inside the carrier to secure your pet inside. There's also a nice adjustable shoulder strap that's padded making it easy to tote your pet. I love the padded handle on the top of the carrier it makes it really easy to move the carrier. The inside is nice and padded too making it comfy for my dog. There's several meshwindows too so she can look out and feel comforable. The carrier is easy to clean too I just wipe it down with a damp cloth in between uses. My dogs are both small one os around 15 pounds and the other is around 20 pounds. They can each fit in the carrier nice and comfy.

My Dogs Both Love These
Adorable Chew Toys
Both my dogs love these adorable toys. One is a rope toy that resembles a goat and the other is a cute fox. Both toys have zero stuffing and have squeakers. The squeakers on both toys are located in the heads of both. These are perfect for my aggressive chewers. The fox has the crinkle material inside of it so it makes a crinkling sound when my dogs have fun playing with it.

Both toys are washable too so when they get a little smelly from play I can wash them right up. Both toys have nice soft plush material too. And the rope in the rope toy is made from cotton not synthetic materials that could harm your pet. No matter if you have a smaller dog like mine or larger dogs these toys are perfect.  They are both generously sized at just over twelve inches long.

Both my dogs are aggressive chewers and love to play tug-o-war. We go through so many toys in almost no time. These toys are built for aggressive chewers and have been played with for hours for several days now and still look new. I have a senior Pug named Yoshi and a young adult Boston Terrier named Harley.
