This knife set is sharp in looks and how they cut. I love the ceramic blades because they never need sharpening and are always nice and sharp. The handles almost have a rubberized feel to them and have grips where your thumb goes so they are easy to hold and use. Also you don't have to worry about them slipping out of your hands when they are wet and you getting cut. The peeler works great for peeling carrots, apples, potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, and other fruits and vegetables. The knifes are white but they don't stain like other ceramic knives I've used. I love the display caddy the shiny black and clear acrylic looks great in my red and black kitchen and holds the knives and peeler so they are easy to access. This is definitely a great addition to my kitchen that I will be enjoying for years to come. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
