I don't have perfect teeth by no means and I have sensitive gums so some products tend to irritate my teeth and gums. I am always looking for inexpensive but effective products to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I am on a budget like almost everyone else nowadays and visits to the dentist can be very pricey and just not in the budget. I was excited to try the Colgate Total Daily Repair Regimen because I've used Colgate products before and I liked the results. So when they arrived in the mail I got right to work trying them out.
First let me tell you about the Colgate Total Daily Repair toothpaste. It has all the usual benefits like protects your teeth and gums from cavities, plaque, gingivitis, protects enamel, tartar, and it whitens. These are all benefits I look for when I choose a toothpaste at the store. This toothpaste also comes in a paste which I prefer over gel because to me it stays on your brush better. I also like the flip on and off cap its easy to use and you don't have to worry about losing the cap. Also it sits on the bathroom sink easier than toothpaste with the smaller caps. The Colgate Total Daily Repair has a nice fresh mint flavor that sticks with you for a long time after you brush as long as you don't eat or drink anything. I like how after I use this toothpaste my teeth feel really clean and slick when I run my tongue over them. This toothpaste also doesn't irritate my gums or cause any tooth pain. Sometimes I get pain after brushing but so far I haven't experienced any. Another benefit I've noticed with the Colgate Total Daily Repair toothpaste is my teeth stay cleaner longer even after eating. Its like food particles don't stick as easily to my teeth after using this.
Now let me share my experience with the Colgate Total Daily Repair mouth rinse. I love the bottle shape because it doesn't take up a lot of room on my small sink. I also like how the cap can be used as a rinsing cup when you use this mouthwash. This mouthwash is alcohol free, contains fluoride, restores calcium, and repairs enamel. These are all benefits my teeth are in need of because my teeth aren't all that healthy. When I was younger I didn't take good care of my teeth and I'm paying for it now. I used to not like mouthwash because it burned my tongue and cheeks but the Colgate Total Daily Repair doesn't cause the burn. Also let me add that I have oral piercings and this mouthwash being alcohol free is perfect for your piercings. The fresh mint flavor is cool and refreshing and stays with you long after you've rinsed. I use this after meals or right before bed and it cuts down on bad morning breath.
Finally let's talk about the Colgate 360 Total Advanced Floss Tip Bristle Toothbrush. This is by far my new toothbrush and when it wears out I will be purchasing a replacement. I love the floss tip bristles because they really do get in there between your teeth and clean out all the leftover food and plaque, and tartar. The Colgate 360 Total Advanced Floss Tip Bristle Toothbrush is shaped to go in your mouth and get all the way to your back teeth and clean them. There's also a thumb grip on the handle making it easier to hold onto the brush and use it even when its wet. I used to struggle to get my back teeth clean but now its so much easier with this new toothbrush. I love the cheek and tongue cleaner as well plus it helps control bad breath.
I am overall very happy with the free samples that were sent to me from Colgate. My review and opinions are 100% mine and are unbiased and honest. I've been using this product twice a day for almost 2 weeks now and I definitely see positive changes in my teeth, oral health, and breath.
