This culinary torch is easy to use and I love how there's a flame guard on this torch so things don't get out of hand. Its easy to refill with butane and there's also a air controller so you can control the size of the flame. The safety lock is a great feature too so I don't have to worry about small hands grabbing this torch when I'm not looking and stating a fire or burning themselves. I love using this torch to do meringues on pies, creme brulee, and other desserts. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review of it.
